All reports contain the following:
1. Invoice, please specify if you want the invoice separately.
2. Cover sheet usually with photo of subject.
3. Table of contents
4. The required FNMA components of each type of form, URAR, 1004, 1073 etc.
5. Sketch of subject if required.
6. Complete comment addendums detailing reconciliation and adjustments.
7. Photos of the interior for all reports where there was an interior inspection. Exterior photos of the subject and sales comps. Photos of rental comps and listing comps may be included but not always.
8. Location map of subject and comps.
9. Any other addenda required to convey an understandable and competent appraisal report.
10. All in a double secure PDF format.
