- Acknowledgement of your order via e-mail, usually within 2 hours or less.
- Your client contacted about the same time the e-mail is sent to you.
- Updates via e-mail when we set the appointment or if we have trouble contacting your client.
- A completed report within 2 business days after the day of inspection, or an e-mail update explaining why not.
